Why have I not received my membership card?
All cards are sent out on receipt of membership fees. Please check that your membership fee is up to date.
At what level of membership can I join?
You can join as a student, associate or member
Can I change my branch?
Yes this can be done under the ‘My Account’ section once you are logged in.
Can I change my method of payment?
Yes but you will need to phone HQ on 01347 821972 to change this
Can I renew my membership online by card?
Yes, you pay by credit card via the “My Account” section on the website.
Can membership be transferred?
No. You will need to e-mail the office firstname.lastname@example.org to cancel the membership and then join as a new member online.
How can I provide feedback on the new website?

How do I change my details?
You will need to go to website www.the-eps.org login, then change details under ‘My Account’.
How do I upgrade to member?
Once you are an associate member you can download the upgrade form from the resources section.
